Note: please fill out a separate form for each camper for whom you are requesting a scholarship.

The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd allows children of our families an opportunity to participate in the Camp Allen Summer Program.  Our scholarship is designed to pay two-thirds of the tuition cost per camper.  Please fill out this form to submit it to the parish office.
